And it’s precisely this refined style and enthusiasm for handmade one-of-a-kind pieces that the ongoing Glashütte Original Sixties Chronograph Annual Edition brings to life. 

New for 2026, this Sixties Chronograph Annual Edition plays by its own rules and captivates with its fresh, unconventional look. The domed dial features a color scheme that has inspired fashion trends, album covers, and iconic band & song names since the 1960s – a rich shade of purple, with a subtle embossed finish that lends it visual depth. A breathable black textile strap rounds off the watch’s casual character. As an annual edition, this model from the Vintage Collection is a limited-time release and is produced in only a small number of pieces.

Inside, Glashütte Original's 39-34 automatic movement provides just the right rhythm. It drives the display of hour and minute and the small second, the second stop and the chronograph’s 30-minute counter reliably and with great precision. The manufactory movement beats at 4 Hz, and its individual components are delicately enhanced by hand – with the Glashütte stripes finish, for example, bevelled edges and polished screws. The watch is finished on a new textile strap made entirely from recycled fishing nets. And as is tradition with the Glashütte Original Annual Editions, this reference will be produced for only one year before being discontinued forever.
