The LEM Dual Grind #8 Big Bite Meat Grinder allows any home processor to produce delicious and health-conscious sausage, jerky, and other ground meat products up to 4x faster than that of a regular grinder. Unlike a standard grinder, the "dual-grind" head assembly allows your meat to pass through a coarse grinding plate, a unique double-edged, stainless steel knife, and then a secondary fine grinding plate.

The result is obvious - 2 grinds in one pass! LEM's Big Bite Technology adds to the speed upon which your meat is ground. The specially designed auger allows the grinder to take an "extra big bite" of meat before moving it through the grinding knife and plates. You may find yourself spending more time prepping your meat than grinding it. This certainly applies to the creation of your own sausage.

This grinder's 0.5 horsepower motor delivers more than enough sustainable power to handle any of your sausage creation needs and LEM also supplies three plastic stuffing tubes in various sizes (1/2", 1", & 1 3/8" OD) so you can craft the diameter as well as the flavor of your sausage. This stainless steel 0.5 HP electric grinder is the perfect size to grind a few deer a year. The large stainless steel meat pan measures 12-1/4" x 9-1/8" x 2-1/4" deep. You won't find a grinder this size at this level of quality anywhere but at LEM. Grinds approximately 4.5 lbs. per minute.
