Any warranty (if offered) is only good in the U.S.

All electrical items sold are manufactured for U.S. current/voltage. Plugging a U.S. item into a foreign country's voltage may cause the item to short out. You are responsible to ensure the item(s) you purchase can be safely used in your country.

Items shipped from the warehouse are ordered immediately. It may not be possible to cancel your purchase after 30 minutes. But if your item has not yet shipped, I can help you get it returned.

If an item has shipping damage when it's delivered and you happen to catch the delivery driver simply refuse to accept it. If you don't see the driver it's no problem as all my items come with FULL insurance.
