All Lingua Franca pieces are hand embroidered once your order is placed. Please allow about 3-4 weeks for embroidery, plus shipping time (1-5 days).

Lingua Franca embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each product meets our high standards and unique, well-known style, but this may also result in unique variations in the look, size, and placement of the embroidery. That's what makes them so special!

Care instructions: Hand Wash or Dry clean only. 

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of items. Returned items must be unworn/unused with tags and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit. (Custom sweaters are not available for returns or exchanges and take an extra 2-3 weeks for the embroidery).
