This single estate rum is produced with time-honored methods—long, natural fermentation, copper pot distillation, and tropical aging—that give Hampden its legendary depth and intensity. This new addition to the regular Hampden lineup is a high ester, 3 year aged (in ex-bourbon) pot still rum. It is made of the distillery's HLCF marque, with an ester count of 476.9 gr/hlpa, the same recipe used for the brand's beloved Rum Fire Overproof.
