A fairly casual outer layer from the US Air Force - Women's edition.

This jacket combines authentic military style with practical comfort - in a women's cut! Crafted from a wool blend, it offers warmth without bulk, making it ideal for layering in cooler weather. The lightweight design ensures ease of movement, while the lining adds extra insulation.

The women's jacket does not have a ribbed bottom hem but do have the ribbed cuffs. Designers have modified the cut to accommodate a feminine frame too. These ones have the sleeveless, vest-style, light polyester liner for those colder moments. The liner attaches with hook & loop and will keep your torso toasty. Some of these jackets have no embroidery or patches, some of them do. 

Even if you aren't too fussed on the Air Force, it's hard to argue with an affordable wool blend jacket.
...I wouldn't disagree with the Air Force either, though.
