Our Alpine Spring Gin is as it sounds, the flavour is clean and bright. We are based at the foothills of Mt Buller and our natural spring water filters through an ancient granite range before it rises up to our property. Our pure clean spring water and the use of certified organic spirit and all organic botanicals including Juniper and Coriander as well as native Strawberry Gum, Aniseed Myrtle and Lemon Myrtle makes for a premium Gin, refined and balanced in flavour.

Sustainability underpins every single drop of our handmade Vodka's, Gin's and Whiskey. We are completely "off grid" and use wind fallen timber from our property and a wood fired boiler to heat our stills. We grow our own botanicals and use water from our natural granite filtered spring to make our spirits.
