 *reminder:  this is a dropped shoulder garment, so the sleeve measurement is closer to your elbow than your shoulder

If your fabric is 58/60" wide, you need 3 yards for all sizes, Small, Medium and Large. 

If your fabric is narrow, 44/45", then size Small takes 3 yards, and both Medium and Large require 4 1/2 yards.
