50 Servings (1 scoop) per container however most people will enjoy 1/2 scoop and find it strong enough in flavor (We personally do) making this jar over 100 servings (over 3 months supply)

DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 scoop with 16 fl. oz of water or other beverage. We opted for 1 container vs individual packets to have less impact on the environment. In addition it is an upcycled, carbon neutral, BPA free plastic container.
