Eucalyptus should be in every medicine cabinet!  It is amazing for congestion, sinus and respiratory health. It's a powerful antibacterial and antifungal and excellent for wellness support.

CAUTIONS: Be careful using with children under ten years of age; and if you are asthmatic.  Research has shown eucalyptus can help with bronchial asthma, BUT there is concern that it can also set off an attack. Proceed slowly and carefully.

Eucalyptus is typically NOT applied directly to skin (like some essential oils, notably Lavender and Tea Tree) without being mixed in a carrier oil or cream first.
