The paisley pattern is a curved abstract design that looks similar to a comma. The design derives its name from the town of Paisley in Renfrewshire Scotland where paisley shawls were made starting in the early 1800s. The motif came from India, finding its way from Mughal art through to the luxurious and sought after cashmere shawls of Kashmir. Today, our jewellery craftsmen are able to engrave this pattern in the bright metal platinum to create a beautiful wedding ring.
The ring shown is a D-shape in a 4mm width. The D-shape wedding ring is flat on the inside with a dome shape profile.
Please contact us if you would like to have this ring in another width. This ring is also stunning in 18ct yellow gold.
