Effects of this medicine
・This medicine is absorbed through skin, and dilates the coronary arteries and prevents angina attack (chest pain, chest oppressive feeling).
・It is usually used to treat angina. It is not used for the relief of acute attacks..
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・In general, for adults, apply 1 piece of tape (25 mg of the active ingredient) to any site on the chest, lower back or upper arm, once daily. If the effect is insufficient, the dosage may be increased to 2 pieces of tape (50 mg of the active ingredient). Strictly follow the instructions.
・Before applying the patch, dry the area with a towel. Do not apply the patch on injured or irritated skin. Replace with a new patch once a day. When replacing, avoid the same area as last time. To prevent interference with automated external defibrillator (AED), apply the tape avoiding precordial region (right below the right collarbone and at the
lowest part of ribs in left armpit).
・If you miss a dose, use the missed dose as soon as possible and continue your regular dosing schedule.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have hypotension, heart disease, glaucoma, head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage or anemia.
・If you are planning of electric defibrillation (automated external defibrillator), diathermy (high frequency therapy) or MRI (magnetic resonance imaging).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine

・Pay attention that if you stand up suddenly, it may cause dizziness or lightheadedness.
・This medicine may cause headaches. Do not drive a car or operate dangerous machinery in such cases.
・Pay attention that drinking alcohol may intensify hypotensive effect of this medicine.

Storage conditions and other information
・Keep out of the reach of children. Do not open the packaging until just before use. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them. Ask the dispensing pharmacy or the medical institution how to discard them.
