Tasting Notes: If you like warm and toasty  - this one is for you. The nose is maple and buttercream to begin, then waves toasted vanilla and a healthy dose of oak.

The palate is robust, with big candied purple and red fruits, caramel, but also big perfumed and spiced toasted oak notes. It cascades on the palate, first the spice hits and quickly fades for this big juiciness that, too, quickly fades and leaves you with slightly savory campfire toasted wood.

The finish is long and dry, leaving warming spices, oak, dark chocolate and leather along the way.

Clocking in at mouthwatering 116.2 Proof, this amazing expression pairs extremely well with cigars and carries notes of Fresh ground cinnamon and warm cedar that lead into a silky coating of smoked maple syrup. The finish is long evolving from notes of fresh gingerbread and pipe tobacco into a linger of light fresh spearmint.
