Installation Instructions

Step 1: Clean the Surface
Thoroughly clean the surface with a powerful grease remover such as TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate). Ensure the wall is smooth, dry, and free of dust or debris for optimal adhesion.
Tip: For freshly painted walls, allow the paint to cure for at least three weeks before applying tiles.

Step 2: Plan & Cut
Mark the desired layout using a pencil and ruler. For accurate cuts, use a box cutter and a metal ruler with a cork backing.

Step 3: Peel & Stick
Gently peel back a portion of the protective backing—avoid touching the adhesive. Lightly press the tile into position according to your guide marks. Once aligned, remove the rest of the backing and press firmly with a plastic smoother, focusing on grout lines and any concave areas for best adhesion.
Tip: The adhesive sets completely within 48 hours. After 24 hours, press the grout lines again with a smoother to enhance the bond.

Step 4: Finish & Enjoy
Repeat the steps to complete your wall for a seamless, professional finish.

Recommended Surfaces:
These tiles adhere best to smooth and clean surfaces such as:

Avoid applying tiles to the following:

• Greasy or oily walls

• Unfinished drywall or plaster
  
• Unpainted plywood

Note:
If the wall surface is not ideal or if extra adhesive strength is required, we recommend using 3M Purpose 45 Spray Adhesive for optimal results.
