They’re not just any beans – they’re grown by the courageous women of the Café Femenino program in northern Peru. These beans are more than delicious – they’re changing lives.
In 2004, over 400 women coffee producers came together to rewrite their future. By separating their coffee from male-led production, they claimed control over their harvests, their land, and their income. Since then, 800 women across six associations within the Cecanor cooperative have transformed their communities through coffee.
With every bag, you’re supporting women's leadership, education for girls, food security, and health access. These women lead literacy workshops, run microenterprises, build schools, and even replace toxic stoves with clean-burning alternatives.
And the coffee is just as powerful: dark chocolate, bright citrus, maple syrup, medium body and a perfectly balanced acidity, crafted at 1,000–2,050 meters above sea level using organic and Fair Trade-certified practices.
Pour a cup, and know this: you’re not just tasting delicious coffee. You’re fueling dignity, equality, and empowerment in every sip.
