I don't know the origins of this one, crafted of copper with hand-soldered seams, but it's clearly got age to it, and I think is quite beautiful. A trench art match safe, or case for a tool? Whatever the case, a singular thing, useful now for all sorts of things, flammable or not. I especially like the right angled incision in the copper that runs across one side, evincing a patch, though it does not seem to go all the way through. Nice weight, nice patina, lid fits tightly and pulls off easily.
