It includes benfotiamine as a fat-soluble version of vitamin B1 that is better absorbed than regular vitamin B1 (thiamine) and is more effective for mental health. Activated forms of vitamin B6 (5P5), vitamin B9 (methylfolate) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) are included for those who do not activate B vitamins well.
