Distilled in Germany but inspired by the African travels of company founders Robin and Tessa Gerlach, Elephant Gin donates 2% of revenue to elephant conservation projects.  The gin features a classic London Dry juniper profile wedded to several unique African botanicals including Baobab, Devil's Claw (a South African flowering plant), and Buchu (another South African flower) as well as German apples grown on an orchard near the distillery.  The result is lovely, with a fruit-and-spice character that plays well with the juniper and elevates gin cocktails.
