Rigid orthoplasty silicone - SILIPOD

Polyvinylsiloxane polyaddition silicone (paste/paste) packaged in 2 250g pots, in the form of 2 pastes which, once mixed in equal parts, can be used to create any type of orthoplasty in just a few minutes.

Composition: Polyvinylsiloxane polyaddition

Instructions for use:
Wash your hands, especially if you have worn gloves.
• Take an equal portion of dough from pot B* with the colored spoon and from pot C* with the white spoon.
• Be careful never to mix up the spoons or the lids.
• Mix the two doughs for a maximum of 30 seconds until evenly mixed.
• Perform the orthoplasty: Working time +/- 4 min depending on the ambient temperature , your hands, and the patient's foot
• After catalysis (crosslinking) +/- 4 min, gently remove the orthoplasty from the mold

Advice: Immerse the orthoplasty in hot water for +/- 3 min (tap temperature) to accelerate catalysis and stabilize the silicone
Immediate pre-sanding and pre-finishing and finishing after 24 hours
Storage : Close the jars after use and store them at room temperature +/- 20°C
