What's the material like?  

Medium (230GSM) 100% Merino wool in black. Great for cool weather layering or on its own.

Not super-wash treated, but due to the nature of this superfine (grade) merino wool we have found this to be safe to wash in the machine without any felting occurrence or shrinkage at temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit)

What is the cut and fit like? 

Our merino tunic dress has a fit and flare shape falling just below the knee on most little ones. Designed with cuffed sleeves that can be rolled up for a more custom fit. The sleeves are loose and cozy like your favourite sweatshirt. The fabric is stretchy and fits the body shape of most every child comfortably. There is no spandex in this material but we dont find it becomes droopy thanks to the double knit method in which the fabric was made.
