Dosage

• Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
• For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.

• Meta Mag® Magnesium bisglycinate: 1 g, equivalent to magnesium: 100 mg.
• Magnesium amino acid chelate: 500 mg, equivalent to magnesium: 100 mg.
• Meta Zn® Zinc bisglycinate (Zinc amino acid chelate): 40 mg, equivalent to zinc: 8 mg.
• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P): 15 mg, equivalent to pyridoxine: 9.57 mg.
• Chromium chloride hexahydrate: 1 mg, equivalent to chromium: 200 μg.
