Produced from 100% estate grown fruit, the Racy Rose's fruit is picked when the flavour profile and ripeness is perfect for the savoury dry style we are aiming for. The grapes are pressed for minimal colour extraction and fermented dry before bottling to capture the freshness.
On the palate the wine is racy and moreish, with savoury fruit, textural palate and a fine dry finish. The dry finish to the wine opens itself up to be drunk with a wide range of food parings. Serve chilled. Drink now!
