1. Apply an appropriate amount onto your wet hands, and gently rub areas with a lot of dead skin cells. Then massage your entire body with the remaining foam on your hands. 
2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. After use, apply Lavien Intense Repair CCF Body Cream to moisturise your skin.
