The Sacred Contract ring is a simple, yet meaningful way to make a declaration and remind you of a Sacred Commitment. Whether that be to get your master's degree, a fitness/ health goal, or even to maintain a positive attitude. The goal should be something that promotes unconditional self-love. 

Promise To Yourself

My suggestion would be to wear as a pinky ring if it is a Sacred Contract with YOURSELF. Like a pinky promise, your commitment will serve to elevate you and hold you accountable. 

Promise To Someone Else

If you are making a commitment to SOMEONE ELSE, then I suggest allowing them to choose on which finger it should be worn. This way you are reminded of exactly why it is there each day.
