Vintage 1960 Roberta Leighs (Gerry Anderson Produced) Torchys Race To Topsy Turvy Land Board Game - Very Good Condition and Complete In The Original Box. Released by Chad Valley in 1960 as part of their series of TV tie in board games. This fantastic Torchys Race To Topsy Turvy Land Board Game is based on the popular TV series Torchy The Battery Boy which was written by Roberta Leigh and the first season was directed by Gerry Anderson. The object of the game is to move your Torchy figure around the board, spelling out his name as you go, and finishing with a rocket flight to Topsy-Turvy Land. The game is in very good condition over all, which is amazing considering it is now 65 years old, all pieces are present and in very good order and the spinner still functions perfectly and the instructions are printed on the inside of the box lid. The box is also in very good condition for its age, but does have some wear which is mainly along the edges and has had a few corner repairs with clear tape.  A truly wonderful example of a very rare complete vintage Torcys Board Game from 1960.
