Tasting Notes: In our Grenache we search for Indian spice (cloves, cumin and star anise), fragrance and pretty aromatics. We love Grenache's clarity of fruit. It's no shrinking violet though, and has the capacity to age beautifully.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C for full aromatic expression.

Decanting: 30–45 minutes recommended to soften the high alcohol and open the spice and floral aromatics.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now–2030 for optimal evolution.

Food Pairing: Roast lamb, Grilled chicken, Charcuterie and Mediterranean vegetable dishes.
