Pedecastello bianco 2023Producer: Ombretta Region: Piave, Veneto, Italy Grapes: Mostly Bianchetta Style: White This is made up of equal parts of local variety Bianchetta and a mix of around a dozen hybrids which Alex planted together some six hundred metres above sea level. The grapes were pressed to tank to rest until the following spring, making for a wine of great freshness that reminds the honey, flowers and pure spring water of its alpine home.
