CNC-formed from high-strength steel, the bar is drilled and slotted for internal wiring, and includes Throttle-By-Wire keyholes for modern Harley-Davidson applications. Cable-throttle bikes can also use this handlebar with a Thrashin TBW plug for universal compatibility.

Each bar is laser-etched with the Thrashin logo and knurled at the clamping area to ensure maximum grip and alignment stability.
