The BONOMI SERIES 700076 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 2-PIECE NPT BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly that combines a direct mount 2-way stainless steel NPT ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including hot water, steam, oil, and gases.

The valve has a full port, with sizes ranging from 1/4” to 3”. It has a pressure rating of 1000 psi and 150 psi steam, and a temperature range of -4°F to 366°F. It also features a blow out proof stem, P.T.F.E. seats with O-ring backing for low operating torque, and P.T.F.E. seats and double O-ring stem packing. It is 100% electronically tested in the open and closed position at 80 psi, and has an ISO 5211 mounting pad/square stem and ANSI B1.20.1 connections.

The actuator has a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It has a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance is required for the entire actuator lifetime. It is 100% factory tested.
