Directions

Assess your tolerance by starting with 1 scoop with 8-12 of water before training. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may, with caution, increase to 2 LEVEL scoops prior to training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. Do not take Broken Arrow more than 3 days consecutively without a MINIMUM of 2-3 days washout.
