Directions for use:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule up to 3 times a day with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with one capsule a day and gradually increase to 3 capsules a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
