A bright and lively expression of shiraz. A myriad of fresh forest fruits evident, cherry, mulberry and blueberry. Aromatic spices develop with time in the glass. The freshness carries through to the palate, dominated by red and blue fruits... hallmark Eastside. The liveliness and freshness of the acid structure elevates the red fruit. Medium weighted and it ‘rolls’ over the palate seamlessly from front to back. Worthy of some time in the cellar, we think this wine will be delicious for another eight to twelve years.

This 'Eastside' Shiraz is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins in Shiraz can complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine's bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
