The SportDOG Brand® SDF-100C In-Ground Fence™ System features a smaller and sleeker Collar Receiver than the original In-Ground Fence system (SDF-100A). The collar features a Li-Ion battery that charges in two hours and has a one to two-month battery life. Now featuring seven levels of static stimulation as well as vibration and tone, it’s easier than ever to keep your dog safe and secure. With 1,000 feet of wire and 100 flags, you can contain an area as large as 1 1/3 acres (or up to 100 acres with the purchase of additional wire and flags (SDF-WF)). Multiple dogs? Simply purchase additional collars (SDF-CR). Dependable in any environment, the collar uses DryTek® technology - waterproof and submersible to 25 feet.

How does it work?

• Fence Transmitter: Sends a radio signal through the boundary wire installed around the containment area.
• Collar: As your dog nears the wire, the collar detects the signal and gives a warning tone and vibration.
• Range Adjustment: Control how close your dog can get to the wire by adjusting the fence transmitter's range knob.
• Flags: Placed where your dog would receive the warning, flags are optional but recommended for training; they provide a visual cue for your dog.
• Static Correction: If your dog keeps approaching the wire, the collar delivers a static correction to deter them.
• Correction Levels: Choose from 7 levels of correction intensity based on your dog’s temperament. Start with the lowest effective level.
• Anti-Linger: Prevents collar battery drain by eventually delivering a static correction if your dog stays in the warning zone too long.

Expandable Coverage

This kit includes 2 rolls of 500 ft. wire and 2 splice kits, covering up to 1 ⅓ acres based on your layout. For larger areas, additional wire and splice kits are required.

Adjustable Correction Levels

The collar provides a tone and vibration warning as your dog nears the boundary regardless of what level it's set to. It comes set to level 1 which is tone and vibration only. There are 7 levels of static stimulation to chose from with level 2 being the lowest and 8 being the highest. Refer to the operation manual for adjustment instructions.

Multiple Dog Capability

You can add unlimited dogs to the system with additional collars.

Suitable for dogs weighing 10 lbs. or more with neck sizes from 5" to 22".

Batteries

Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries charge in 2 hours, with a low battery indicator. Expect 1-2 months of use per charge, depending on boundary testing frequency.
