Much appreciated also by the Greeks and Romans, this citrus gives off a sparkling freshness. And precisely in the region from which Salta comes, known for its rich terroir and its unique soil, the intensity of citrus fruits is enhanced. The scent of grapefruit is aromatic, mixed with verbena and hyacinth.
