Protect and enhance pavement markings with Streetbond Sealer Concentrate, a high quality, semi-gloss sealer that can be applied to the surface of a newly completed project to help provide protection against dirt and tire pick up.

Mixing Instructions: Dilute Streetbond®
 Sealer Concentrate in a 1:1 ratio with water and mix thoroughly for 2 minutes. A small amount of StreetBond® colorant can be added during mixing to reduce sheen and improve color matching.
Surface Preparation: If using on coating that has been recently applied, verify coating is completely dry to the touch before applying sealer. For light colored surfaces, wait at least 1 hour after the coating is dry to the touch before applying sealer. If using on an aged project, ensure the surface is clean by using a backpack blower or compressed air to remove dust, debris, and surface contaminants. If water is used to clean the surface, ensure that the surface is completely dry prior to applying StreetBond® Sealer Concentrate.
Recommended Application: Using a low pressure handheld or backpack sprayer, spray sealer onto desired area. Use a soft bristle broom or roller to even out the surface coverage on textured surfaces, be sure to remove excess sealer from the grout lines and distribute sealer evenly to ensure a continuous membrane is formed. StreetBond Sealer Concentrate is milky white when sprayed, but dries clear with a semi-gloss sheen.
