A large rose-cut natural diamond (0.07ct) stands at the centre of the design, framed by a cluster of six creamy white natural pearls 0.79 ct). Set on a delicate, ornate, carved scroll 18ct gold base, with smaller white natural pearls adorning the shoulders of the ring.
