Latte art looks like magic until you realise it’s mostly milk texture, timing, and confidence, not steady hands or Instagram talent.

This workshop is all about understanding how latte art actually works, so you can pour clean, repeatable patterns instead of abstract blobs you pretend were intentional.

Whether you’re a home barista, aspiring café menace, or just sick of serving beautiful coffee topped with foam soup, this session will get you pouring with purpose.

What you’ll learn:

• How to steam milk properly for latte art (the actual key part)
• Understanding milk texture: thin vs thick vs “you’ve ruined it”
• How milk and espresso interact in the cup
• Correct jug positioning, height & flow rate
• Pouring hearts, tulips & basic free-pour patterns
• How to fix common mistakes (foam bombs, disappearing patterns, panic)
• How to practise latte art at home without wasting your life savings in milk

Anyone who can pull a drinkable espresso and wants to level up the presentation.
