Constructed from 304 stainless steel and equipped with Cerama ceramic cartridges with check valves, it provides exceptional durability and prevents cross-flow between water lines. The dual-purpose design allows for two-handed cleaning, significantly increasing prep speed.

Technician’s Note: This unit is an excellent space-saving alternative to a traditional pre-rinse riser. The Cerama cartridges are ideal for high-traffic environments. Ensure you have enough clearance under the deck for the included 18" flexible supply hoses. Use the check valves to maintain water path integrity.
