Complete Kayak Rudder.

A spring ensures that the rudder blade is always kept down while you paddle, but is designed so that the rudder blade will spring up if it hits the bottom. Can be raised to 180 degrees from the downward position. This rudder has been used on World of Kayaks kayaks for many years and is therefore recommended for you if you need a new rudder for one of their models.

Note that the rudder retraction line is not included.
