Available Flavours:

• Luxury Vanilla – Vanilla sponge infused with cardamom, filled with raspberry jam and vanilla Swiss buttercream.

• Earl Grey & Blackberry – Earl Grey-infused sponge with blackberry jam and vanilla Swiss buttercream.

• Pistachio & Olive Oil* – Pistachio and olive oil cake with lemon curd and vanilla bean Swiss buttercream.

• Strawberry & Almond* – Gluten-free (flour) vanilla sponge with almond flavours, filled with vanilla Swiss buttercream.

Gluten-Free Flour Option:
We offer the option to make our sheet cakes using gluten-free flour. However, please note we are not a certified gluten-free environment. While every care is taken, there is a risk of cross-contamination, so these cakes may not be suitable for coeliacs or those with severe intolerances.
Please also note: All gluten-free flour options contain nuts (almonds). A surcharge applies for this option.
