How to use

Morning or evening — Body Oil
Apply to warm skin after a shower or before bed. Use long, slow strokes across the upper back, shoulders, and neck. Take three deliberate breaths as you work.

During the day — Roll-On
Keep it at your desk, in your bag, in your car. When you notice tension building — jaw, shoulders, neck — roll on and press. One breath. Return to what you were doing.
