Chang'an Chang'an is an engine-building and resource-management game where you must carefully plan renewal projects by placing cards on your City boards to Produce resources. Strategically Build these cards into your City districts, creating amazing structures and welcoming influential people to the city. Choose which areas to focus on each game: Trade, Politics, Production, Science, or Military; creating unique and ever-changing combinations to become the premiere Urbanist of Chang'an. The game ends as soon as a player gets nine or more cards built in the districts of their City board (cards at the gates are not considered). The player with the most victory points will be declared the best urbanist of Chang’an.
