The Persian Precision style Sloyd Knife (sloyd being the Swedish name for craft) was designed to meet the requirements for a simple all round craft knife ideal for carving and craft work. It has a 3.5" long blade with a long curved handle which is faceted and made from Elm. The long curved handle gives a great deal of control and range or grasps and certainly makes a powerful carving knife.

Made from 2.2mm polished stock the O1 blade is a partial tang and is fitted into the handle with epoxy glue, it has a scandi grind for precise carving and a rounded spine for comfort, this comes supplied with a simple leather blade cover. This is the most recent design added to our range of the partial tang Sloyd knives and is perfect for woodcraft. A good knife as a companion to a smaller sloyd or Pick Knife.
