**NOTE: One mounting point is broken off - see pictures. The other two and the connectors will hold this unit in place but we did want to make sure you were aware of this. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with this.

There are multiple styles and internal board layouts. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
• 2002 to 2005 Dodge Ram Diesel Truck models with the same part number.
• You will need to swap fuses and relays from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
• This fuse box may require programming to work with your vehicle. Please verify if unsure prior to purchase.

Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
• Fuse box opened and internal relays were tested good
• All traces good or repaired as necessary. No moisture dead spots on pcb.
• No broken or corroded pins
• Internal power bar tested good
• Connector pigtails are not included
• Rear module is not included
• Lid is not included
