The RAM-B-408-37-62U Torque Mini Rail mounting base has a 1" rubber ball and accommodates rails between 0.375" to 0.625" in diameter (9.5mm to 15.8mm)

Useful for mounting to scooter mirror rails (such as Vespas), vehicle headrests and other round rails within the stated dimensions.

Sizing inserts are included to provide a snug fit and protection of the rail, and nylon-insert locknuts are utilised to prevent loosening in high vibration environments.
