This lovely necklace is handmade to order from a genuine vintage sterling lemon fork. The prongs are overlapped and bent into a heart with an accent spiral. The design name is taken as the French word for love since hors d'oeuvres is French for appetizer.

Comes with an 18" black leather cord and gift box.
