In compliance with British Furniture Standards, the fabric has a fire resistant backing and it is recommended to spot clean or handwash in the first instance to protect the backing. Spot cleaning also means you keep the high quality textile finish which makes the fabric liquid resistant. Machine wash care instructions included for when more robust cleans are needed.
