Dilution
Dilute the essential oil by a ratio of 20 drops or 1 milliliter per 100 milliliters of carrier oil, or 1% of the final blend. Apply sparingly to the skin. You can use a 3% dilution in the bath or on your body. See your physician or midwife prior to using while pregnant.
