The Finnesburg chess pieces are of a solid brass and nickel-plated brass construction with beautifully detailed decorative embossing. They have a reassuringly good weight and feel nicely balanced in the hand, and are cast and hand-finished. The design is based on the classic Staunton concept, however, the result is something more allegorical and detailed.

The pieces are fitted with red felt pads on their underside to protect the playing surface and are presented in a special cardboard presentation box, making them the perfect gift.
