Beris Eggbutt Snaffle With Konnex Tongue Port Bit - The beris KONNEX bar combines the effect of a port with the positive characteristics of the butterfly bar. The profile of the beris KONNEX bar is slimmer and it lies very comfortably in the horse's mouth. In addition, there is more space available, as the opening of the beris KONNEX bar is considerably wider. Suitable for horses with little space in the mouth, e.g. thoroughbreds or older horses (due to altered tooth position), horses with large tongues and especially for horses that are sensitive to pressure points on the tongue. The bit fits perfectly in the mouth due to its slight curve. The pressure of the bit changes the angle of the bit in the mouth and the special shape has a stronger effect on the bars and tongue. The shaped transition from the mouthpiece to the bit rings facilitates pinching and gives the bit a particularly stable lateral hold.

The protection of the horse's sensitive mouth is a top priority for beris. From the bit ring to the intricate cheek pieces: every metal part is formed, welded and polished by hand.
